Please view the spot allotment for any errors, especially regarding the rental of a table. Please note, that the MFG does not have any chairs available to us for this sale, only tables. Please bring your own chairs- you will be refunded $2 for chairs if you rented them upon check in.
Now that you have your spot numbers, please fill in your E-Forms (E-check In- which is mandatory) and E-List of Items for Sale (will help you sell more).

Table picks have gone out for those who purchased spots between Jan. 15 and Feb. 17th. Please check your e-mails and respond ASAP! There is one more short round of spot picks before the Late Birds are assigned spots.
As of tonight, spot picks have gone out to all of the registrants from Oct. 29th up until Jan. 13th. If you paid later than Jan. 13th then you haven't been sent an email yet, please wait for it and follow the updates!
Early Bird picks have begun! The faster that I receive responses, the faster spot allocations go! Check your e-mails! I have sent picks out to the first 9 vendors according to the order in which they paid.
Table picks have not begun as of yet. When the emails go out, an announcement will be made here and on Facebook!
It's a busy time and I have found out that we are in Buildings 3 and 4 for the Spring Sale. I had to re-do the Building Maps based on the last time that we used these building, so please understand that there may be some small variations in the location of your spot, but the numbering will remain the same and if you are on a corner or an end, you always will be. Spots are the same size regardless of the map- everyone has room for an 8 foot table with enough space to walk around and room for chairs behind. Please use the space, on and under your table. If you require additional room, please consider getting another space soon as spots are running low and it will be difficult to get two spots together if you want to add a spot later.
Early Birds will be sent an e-mail with maps to select their spots. Emails will go out in priority sequence (the date on which you paid). Updates on Facebook are the most up to date as it is the easiest platform to post on. If you do not respond to the table pick email, the best spot available will be selected for you.
